Shipping and return policies for Qwill

Shipping Info
In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or US Mail (USPS) depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business day to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are made via international post (mail) and take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
A Note To Customers Living Outside the United States
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.

Return Policy
The Simple Truth Records Store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Only UNOPENED CDs, Videos and DVDs can be returned for refund or exchange.

CDs, Videos and DVDs that are open can only be exchanged for the EXACT same item if they are defective. When we return it, the plastic wrap will be removed.
REFUNDS

To return an item for a refund/exchange, or if you have a defective item, please email qwill@simple-truth-records.com. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund. (You already say this under ‘defects’)

EXCHANGES

Before returning your product for an exchange, please make sure that your item is in brand new condition, and email qwill@simple-truth-records.com to confirm that the item you would like to exchange for is available and can be put on hold for you.

DEFECTS

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Return in NEW condition
- Include a note as to the reason why you are returning
- Include last 4 digits of the credit card used
